1. 1Who we are

   Vouched is a free community for finding teammates and playing with streamers, run by [YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS] in New Zealand. By using Vouched, you agree to these terms, our Community rules and our Privacy policy.

2. 2Who can use it

   You must be 16 or older. You log in with Discord, so you also need to follow Discord's terms. One account per person.

3. 3Your account

   Keep your Discord account secure. You're responsible for what happens on your Vouched account. Tell us at support@getvouched.gg if you think someone else is using it.

4. 4Playing with others

   Vouched helps you find people to play with, but we don't control what other players do in games, in voice chat or on Discord. Use the block and report tools, never share personal details you're not comfortable sharing, and don't meet people in person through Vouched. Rep shows how others found someone to squad with. It isn't a guarantee.

5. 5What you post

   You're responsible for what you post: squad posts, profile details, ratings, reports and suggestions. It must follow the Community rules. You keep ownership of it, but you let us show it on Vouched and in our Discord, and use suggestions to improve Vouched. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

6. 6Ratings and rep

   Rate honestly, based on how someone was to squad with. We can remove ratings that look fake, coordinated or made in bad faith, and we work out rep tiers using our own rules, which may change.

7. 7Streamers

   If you have a streamer page, you run your own queue and streams. That includes who you pick, kick or ban, and following the rules of the platforms you stream on (like Twitch). Only link channels that are yours. We can review, pause or remove streamer pages, including ones that seem to belong to someone else. Giveaways, competitions or paid perks you run are your responsibility, not Vouched's.

8. 8Moderation

   Mods may warn, suspend or ban accounts, hide posts or suggestions, and remove ratings that break these terms or the Community rules. Serious cases can mean a ban with no warning. You can appeal ratings from your profile, and contact us at support@getvouched.gg about anything else.

9. 9Not affiliated with games

   Vouched is independent and isn't affiliated with, or endorsed by, any game publisher, Discord or Twitch. Game names and logos belong to their owners.

10. 10Ads and sponsors

    Vouched is free. In the future it may show ads or sponsored content, or run events with partners. Sponsors only ever get combined, anonymous statistics (see the Privacy policy).

11. 11Changes and availability

    We're a new, small team, so features may change, pause or be removed, and the site may sometimes be down. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date and let players know.

12. 12Leaving

    You can delete your account any time. We can close accounts that break these terms.

13. 13Liability

    We provide Vouched “as is” and do our best to keep it working and safe. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for what other players do, or for losses from using Vouched. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, the Fair Trading Act or Australian Consumer Law, where they apply.

    These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
