Community rules
Vouched works because players trust each other. These rules keep it that way.
1Be the teammate you'd want
Play fair, communicate, and don't leave your squad mid-run without saying so. That's what rep is for.
2No harassment, hate or creepy behaviour
No abuse, slurs, threats, sexual comments or pressuring people for personal details or DMs. This includes Discord and voice chat with people you met here. One serious report can mean a ban.
316 and over only
Vouched puts strangers in voice chat together, so it's 16+. Accounts belonging to younger players are removed.
4Rate honestly
Ratings are for how someone was to squad with, not for skill, revenge or favours. Rating rings and fake accounts get removed.
5No cheating, boosting or selling
No cheats, exploits, carries for money, or account and item selling. Don't use Vouched to organise them.
6Respect streamers' queues
Follow each streamer's rules. Don't pester streamers outside the queue. Kicks and bans in a queue are the streamer's call.
7Keep posts honest
Squad posts should say what you're actually doing. "Friendly runs" that turn hostile get reported.
8One account each
Don't make extra accounts to dodge bans, suspensions or bad ratings.
Reporting and what happens next
- Report anyone from their profile, or remove and report them from your squad lobby.
- Mods review every report. Outcomes are a warning, a 7-day suspension, or a ban for serious or repeated problems.
- Suspended players can still browse but can't post, join, queue or rate.
- Think a rating was unfair? Appeal it from your profile and a mod will review it.
- Something serious, like threats, harassment that follows you off Vouched, or someone who seems underage? Report it and also email safety@getvouched.gg. It goes straight to the team.
- If someone is in danger or you've been threatened, contact the police (111 in NZ, 000 in Australia) as well as reporting them here.
